- Assist clients graciously who arrive early at the FBO by answering questions, making them comfortable and serving beverages;
- Provide amenities such as birthday cakes, flowers or gifts for your clients;
- Represent your company in all situations, and when appropriate, provide FBO ground personnel with written appreciation and positive feedback;
- Establish and maintain close communication with your company so ideas, recommendations and actions are shared and documented;
- Act as your quality-assurance coordinator for overall flight
satisfaction.
